Hotel Monterrey

The staff was super friendly and respectful. I had a problem with my excursion, which the staff assisted me with. I still missed my excursion but that was my fault. The neighborhood was full of restaurants, bars, nightclubs and a friendly atmosphere. An unforgettable experience.

The location was perfect for exploring both the city and getsemani, everyrhing was within walking distance. The staff were amazing and breakfast was great! The rooftop view was amazing!

The room was out of date and generally below average (low water pressure, peeling paint, no ironing board). However, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive and the view was unbeatable.

central location, pretty and authentic building, good bed and shower.

AC was not working properly, so the room was warm, it was also noisy and was dripping non stop. Bare minimum breakfast.

Room was large and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything.

There is a construction going on just beside the hotel, so when you use the pool there are a lot of workers there looking at you, so it is a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast could improve and vary more.
