Location, roof terrace, and the staff were so lovely

Breakfast was great, morning front desk crew were above and beyond.

The hotel was not bad, but we were charged 170 euros for two laundries, we couldn't believe our eyes. It totally ruined our experience of an otherwise good hotel. This is my first bad review ever.

Very clean, good facilities and amazing rooftop pool, also GREAT service the ladies at reception are so nice.

Pros: Location was great. It got loud at night with the party buses and events, but we didn't mind. Overall clean and good AC/fan in the rooms. Cons: Hotel is outdated. Great for if you're just looking for a place to sleep. Construction next door. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool did not look swimmable which was a huge disappointment. It had an odd colour dust (presumably from all the construction). **Side note: I was travelling with my husband and 1year old baby.

The hotel is classic style and centrally located in Cartagena. There is a very beautiful courtyard and roof terrace overlooking the city's central square. The rooms are nice and functionally perfect. The hotel is very well run and the staff is friendly and very helpful. Not least the breakfast is excellent.

The hotel is in the perfect location right outside the walled city but not in the thick of it. The pool is alright but mainly I'm giving 5 stars because the beds and rooms were comfy, the breakfast was delicious, and the front desk was so accommodating to our needs.

Fantastic roof top terrace, pool and bar with a great view over the old town and square. Super location between old town and Getsemani. Friendly and accommodating staff. Beautiful old colonial style building. And: the best shower we had in Colombia!
