"The manager gave another extra room for the night as they did not have a clean mattress"

The 3rd bed in our suite was old and broken. The mattress was hard and filthy. Room had cigarette stubs and bottle caps on the floor

"Why on earth is it called Boutique hotel?? They need to shut down & revamp all rooms. This place is a pits."

Breakfast was good. Location is good. Staff are nice and helpful.

The room was old and dingy. Looks nothing like in the pictures. The mattress was cheap. Bedsheets and pillowcases were full of stains. Towels are old and washed out. There was even hair from a previous guest on the sheets, which led me to believe the room wasn't cleaned properly before handing over to a new guest. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Stains everywhere and the ceiling seemed to have wet stains. The bathroom door lock was broken, and the sink drain gave off a nasty smell. Absolute rip off to pay USD130+ a night at this place.
