The toilet was not flushing property. Room 105

staff need to understand that , guests come for comfort / rest . there was too much noise by the staff loudly talking to each other in front of the room , screaming, shouting , directing each other , using their phone etc . very less considerate that guests are in their room expecting some silence and comfort . will not recommend

A nice hotel well located near the main embassies. The staff is always welcoming and helpful.

The breakfast is basic.

Location is good but service is between poor and lousy. I had to wait more than 10 minutes in inchecking although there were no other customers. The rooms are not tiptop but ok. The co-operation between hotel and restaurant does not work.

In the midst of air polluted Delhi, the property has a greener outlook, quiet and clean roads away from the traffic. The staff are very helpful and the restaurant offers nice and ample breakfast.

It’s run down old premises and needs maintenance. The exhaust and drainage in toilets may need a complete overhaul as backflow happens pence in awhile.

I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Vikas from front desk for the outstanding service and advice he provided to my mother throughout her stay. His professionalism, kindness, and genuine care made a significant difference in her experience.

The location and neighbourhood is quiet, clean and peaceful. The lawns are nice and give a feeling of leisure. The staff is courteous and helpful and they try to do their best. The breakfast on order comes quickly and is well ans amply prepared

It’s a run down facility, not nicely maintained and lacks modern infrastructure. The toilets, exhaust, drainage need a a complete overhaul as sometimes a fouls smell emanates.
