Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Good all around. Night time entertainment could've been better and better service while lounging. I would stay again !

It seemed like they were were short staffed in restaurants especially the buffet. Seemed to ignore Americans for service at adult pool. Beach kept clean.

Place is not prepared to entertain .. Food is repetitive... No variation on anything Not really recommended

I had a wonderful experience at the resort. All the staff was very nice and kind all the time.

The Dominican staff are A1. I love the friendliness and warmth from most of the staff. We enjoyed the options for a la carte dining. The Asian, Mexican, Italian and French were all wonderful experiences. The room was fine. I was giving a room upgrade. So we had a rain shower head walk in shower.

Food was terrible / the Japanese restaurant was horrible / Italian restaurant awful/ Buffet for breakfast and dinner it’s ok has everything you need or like . Staff services it’s ok Housekeeping very good , on top of everything I tip them everyday . But the servers such a waiters and bar tender terrible - they were rude and make us very uncomfortable the facts that they ask for tip for everything they do for you. The quality of the alcohol was poor I’m very disappointed The only good thing about this place was the location , few steps away from the beach and we loved that.
