Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

I was pleasantly surprised by the food—it definitely exceeded my expectations. The pools were perfect for some much-needed relaxation, and the staff? Top-notch! They really know how to deliver great customer service. Now, I have to admit, the rooms could use a bit of a facelift, but maybe that’s just me being a little too picky. 😄 Overall, this place is a solid choice for a 2-3 day Adult getaway on a budget. The WiFi was excellent, the beach was just what I needed, and the hotel is conveniently located about 15-20 minutes from the airport. I can see myself coming back for another stay!

Slow check-in process, check-out is even slower. Most employees at restaurants are not that friendly and lack of customer service. Food at main buffet need more variety, very outdated rooms. Drinks are bad, dont even try. Best of all, the coffee shop, nice people and awesome coffee drinks. Overall 5 out 10. Save your money and go to different place. Not worth.

We are a family of five: four adults and one 5-year-old child. We had a great time at this hotel, which is perfect for families with kids. The hotel offers daily activities for children, which kept our little one entertained. The food was very good, with a buffet and four additional restaurants. We loved that we didn't need reservations, making our vacation more relaxed. The beach was calm and ideal for kids, though it wasn't as blue as some other beaches. The weekdays were less crowded, which was a plus. The rooms could use better maintenance and cleaning, but they weren't bad overall. The sheets were clean, and the beds were comfortable. However, the grandparents stayed in a deluxe room, which was very nice and cleaner. The service was excellent. Everyone was kind and eager to assist, making our stay even more enjoyable. One thing to note is that you can't control the AC; it maintains a standard temperature. Despite this, we would definitely stay here again.

Staff was amazing. Great customer service. The facility needs to be more modern. Bedrooms look outdate. The pool floor needs maintenance . The entertainment room would be nicer if it had air conditioning.

Resort was very nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Some language barrier issues, but that is to be expected. Overall great, would recommend.

The restaurant staff excellent particulrly Jamie and Noemi made our stay at home. It is because of these two mainly why we will return. Entirely good staff but they stand out.

The property was very clean the staff was top tier. Breakfast was decent but its the same every morning. You have a choice to pick from different dinning options which is cool. The pools are very clean but you must get there early to get a good spot. The rooms were a little dated but it was fine with me. I was told that I was VIP and they moved me to another building and I could see anything but a large palm tree. The food at the beach shack was good everyday and the staff that work those area were really nice an patient. There was a guy by the name of Roman that waited on my while at the beach who was really nice and made sure I had drinks. Wanda was my housekeeper and she did a great job every single day. I should have tip her is my only regret.
