Ac not workings.

The air conditioning wasn't really good, I asked them to fix it but they didn't then I didn't sleep well for two days until they changed my room which was better .

We like the pool area and the recreation program, did not like the beach

Property was clean a little dated only complaint was breakfast wait staff were very lazy. Had to continually ask for coffee. Wife asked three times for a drink never got. That happened two mornings. And bacon should be put out and not have to ask for it ! Pool staff were great always asking if you needed anything. Grounds were pretty and well maintained.

The grounds of the resort are beautiful. The multiple pools of the resort are clean and very pretty. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room we had was a little dated, but comfortable with all of the amenities you would need. The beaches are white and very soft on the feet. If you are expecting the Caribbean clear blue water, you will need to travel further South to the Cap Cana area. The ocean around the Jewel is nice, but not nearly as pretty as the beaches South.

The food was average. Other resorts definitely have much better food. The resort itself was very clean and staff was friendly. My major complaint is there is no AC anywhere in the resort. Our room was 79F so they gave us a new room where the temp did not go below 76F. None of the restaurants had good AC so our family was sweating the whole trip. The theater also had no AC, the lounges had no AC, and the pools were all hot. It was impossible to get comfortable so it ruins the whole experience. The only place to get good AC was the coffee shop and the spa. I would avoid booking this resort if you'd like a comfortable experience.

La Comida muy rica , la playa estaba fea el agua no era clara y aunque dice el paquete all inclusive algunas cosas tienen costo extra . Yo tuve complicaciones con mi vuelo (mi vuelo lo cancelaron para el día siguiente ) y les pedi si me podían ayudar con la noche que perdí y ya estaba pagada y se negaron . Me querían cobrar 500 dólares por quedarme una noche extra .

First and foremost on the booking page it says they have room service, what they don't tell you until you have arrived is that they charge you $5(usd) per order. They make you sign a code of conduct pledge, but they don't seem to enforce their own rules. Every breakfast and lunch must be taken at the buffet as the other restaurants don't open until 6 pm. The place seemed a little older compared to some of the other resorts I have been to, but it a cozy little resort. The staff is excellent and always pleasant and helpful. Overall it was an ok place, especially if you don't like mega crowds like some of these new resorts have. Good experience Overall
