Everything was clean the staff was as very attentive nice welcoming

From the moment we stepped into the Hotel it had a lovely ambiance, very friendly staff, very clean and attention to detail. Food was such a variety and tasteful. Honeymoon Suite was a beautiful room and VIP Area !!! Thank you once again.

We had a mostly positive experience. The hotel is great overall, with very nice workers and a clean environment. The rooms were decent, though the bed was too soft for my preference since I typically like a firmer mattress. This is just a personal opinion, though, and others might find it comfortable. However, I did have an issue with the bathroom. Unfortunately, using the toilet was a nightmare. It seemed like there was a design flaw because it would clog every time we used it. This problem wasn’t isolated to my room alone; we were traveling with two other couples, and their rooms experienced the same issue. This was quite inconvenient and something that needs addressing. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, particularly with the bathrooms, the resort's positive aspects. Would I stay in this hotel again, I would say not, main problem being the bathroom.

This was our first visit to Punta Cana, my wife and I had a great time, the location is not far from Downtown, they offer transportation to nearby malls for no charge, they have great atmosphere and the staff is so friendly.

They forgot my wife birthday the main reason of my trip and they tried to check me out 2 days before my Norma check out is embarrassing

Hotel was very clean and the staff we met were so friendly. They all went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Property was not too big so you could walk everywhere. Restaurants were great. No reservations needed and we never waited to be seated. Loved the Asian for hibachi and sushi. Beach was ok but the constant peddlers coming up to sell you things made it uncomfortable to stay long. Unfortunately the ocean was brown as there was loads of seaweed during our stay. Pools were great so we didn't really mind. Sunken Treasure pool bar was the best. Stayed in building 4 which was close to everything. Room was spacious but air conditioning never went below 78°F (25.5°C) no matter how low we tried to set it. Overall, aside from the hot room we really liked it and would recommend it.

As soon I got off my transportation from the airport the doorman Mr. Jesus "The Little Superman" took my luggage and he was so welcoming and make us feel like we were arriving to home, he guided us giving us a tour of the beautiful facilities to the place for Our Check in Where Mary Esther received us with all possible attention, despite arriving very early for our check in, they always gave us VIP treatment from food, drink and attention to non-stop. Juan Carlos and Rafael always assist us in the pool and beach area with the best smile and Juan Carlos with his jokes, Juan Francisco the Best Restaurant Captain, unmatched attention, Daniella at the Buffet with the best Smile. Estenia the housekeeping was so kind, hygienic, how she accommodated us, she always made sure we had everything we needed since there were four of us in a room. Something that fascinated me is the emblematic greeting from the employees to the hotel director who uses to place his hand on his chest either to greet you or to welcome you to any establishment within the hotel. It is spectacular, at least they made me feel special and important during my stay. There will be better hotels, with more stars in more exclusive areas, but Jewel Palm Beach has the best and warmest service that I have been able to experience.
