The staff was so accommodating and sweet ready to do anything for you. Christina in the coffee was a pleasure to see everyday we were there. Her warm smile and personality was infectious. The staff helped me get my E ticket Thk you for that. I will come back because you all were wonderful ‘ loved the shows

Stayed here for a week because after day 2 i asked for a refund and was told i couldnt get one. Will not be returning. Food options are alway the same even in the restaurants. The staff were not always friendly , especially one guy at the swim up bar. Dinner time was always a mess the wait times Were long and the buffet was closed every night except Sunday. I wouldnt recommend this hotel. The only friendly ppl were the “maleteros”. The entertainment sucked and there was barely any. Overall 1 start experience. Also the hostess were rude especially the dinner time ones. There was only one that was approachable and friendly.

During my stay at the Jewel Resort in Punta Cana, I had an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff's warmth and professionalism made me feel incredibly welcome. The resort itself is stunning, with beautifully maintained gardens and breathtaking ocean views. The food was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious local and international dishes. The activities were plentiful, from relaxing by the pristine pool to enjoying water sports on the beach. My room was spacious, clean, and provided all the comforts I could ask for. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I can't wait to return!

At 3 in the morning my smoke detector went off it took someone 20 minutes to come see use after I called the front desk. They took the alarm down and took it with them

I honestly will never return to this resort. The staff is horrible. You ask a question and they act like you are bothering them. The room was not as clean as it should be, the first night i saw a roach. Will not return or recommend. The food was always the same. For Dinner time the restaurants were limited and the wait was long. The hostess was always rude.

Ths is not a 4star property. Deceptive photos. Beach terrible, we went there for the beach and to swim in the ocean it was not maintained. Honeymoon suite is nothing but a two-room sweet with a paper Banner on the outside of the door don't waste your money. Housekeeping was terrible. Restaurants are slow staff doesn't care it seems like. Guest Services doesn't return correspondence promptly. Concierge service think they dictated and you needed to do everything through them otherwise nothing would happen. Thank you!

Would be great to have a foam party at the main pool. Boring place, house keeping was not good, had to beg for lotion and hair conditioner. I have been to different Punta Cana resorts every year and even twice a year and they were so much better, jewel palm beach is not 5 stars resort, would not stay here again
