Unfortunately, I was not able to stay at this resort. As I was offered and paid for. at the last moment, I was simply told I was transferred without even giving me an option to say yes or no, very, very unprofessional and insulting facility. I ended up staying at was just as worse insulted by an employee, worker without knocking, just walked into my room, bed bugs. simply disgusting

I paid for this facility which i've stayed in the past with a nine on a scale as far as all aspects of a vacation. to a day before find out, I was being transferred to a different resort because they were being renovated granted. I paid for my package 2 months in advance. You would believe that they would have known this from the beginning, ending up going to a facility that was horrible nightmare. confrontation with worker, someone just walked into my bedroom. As I'm laying. In the bed without knocking, and at a dinner time told that there was no forks or spoons that I would have to eat with my hands literally. This vacation was a total nightmare. I was disgusted waste of money and heartbroken

We were not advised that our resort had changed until we arrived after our transportation had left us. You could do better. We were left in a foreign co and taken somewhere to stay and had no say so.

The reason I give terrible is because there was no communication, when we arrived at the hotel they told us it was closed, and after that they sent us to another hotel called Caribe Deluxe Princess which gave a bad service and the horrible restaurant the horrible staff, what caught my attention the most when I asked the waiter for a fork and he told me to clean it with a napkin and use it again. I was surprised. Then the drink and finally I do not recommend it. And my experience was horrible

I bought stay at Jewel palm beach and was relocated to Tropical Princess after 3 days with no notice before. The other hotel was terrible. We lost one day foer relocation, no blankets, no enough towels provided. Terrible humidity in the rooms. I hope I will get any reimbursement for lost one day. In the room every night and days we fight with bugs.

The food tasted very good but for dinner it was a little difficult, they had the buffet closed and the wait in the a la carte restaurants was 1 hour and that makes it complicated since I have children with a sleeping schedule.L

Estuvo bien , hasta q el sábado decidieron votarnos del resort por q supuestamente habían vendido la propiedad y les fue fácil decir q nos teniamos q ir nos enviaron a men un auto bus q un hotel en el cual no nos recibieron por q nos dijeron q ahi no era q era en otro hotel de ahi decidimos tomar un taxi por q estaba demasiado caliente mi esposo es de la tercera edad no soportaba ese calor y llegamos al otto hotel ahi nos ingresaron , y fue fayal por q el aire no abastecía y habian demasiado pero demasiado clientes esta full entonces en horas de dasayino almuerzo y merienda era caotico discusiones y gritos entre clientes por hacer lineas para coner la comida . La verdad estoy muy decepcionada de estas vacaciones. Nesecito q me mqnden a itras a recuperar mi tranquilad y a disfrutar de mis vacaciones

The hotel complex is well designed, spotless and well maintained. However it is also temporarily closing and as the owners withdrew their funding, the restaurants one by one were being closed, the menus reduced, the overall service declined and guests were demanding moves to alternative venues. Do not pay to go here until the new owners are full in place and the hotel is properly up and running
