Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

The staff was delightful. The food and drinks was delicious. I would like the hotel to have their own transportation pick up and drop off to the airport. But I was able to schedule a ride with private company. Also, I would want the hotel to have a WhatsApp number for easy communication during the booking process in case I want to call from the United States free of charge.

Staff members were all amazing

The rooms are old and outdated. Stains on furniture. The bathrooms in the rooms need to be upgraded. Food was just ok, nothing memorable, seemed repetitive and not many options for children. Not much to do in the resort. The entertainment shows were a plus. Sand was beautiful but couldn’t get in the water due to large amounts of sea weed.

The rooms have roaches, broken items, missing furniture, dust, no pool towels, no straws four your drinks, poor air conditioning or no air, the food was disgusting, blood on my sheets, food nasty,,,especially the buffet, the casino n restaurants were closed, no entertainment, it was extremely boring and I am so mad that I wasted all my money to fly to your disgusting resort from America. I want a credit or a refund.

Beautiful resort. Only recommendation is that cooler air conditioning is needed in the restaurants. Everything else was top-notch! Would definitely return.
