Hyatt Vivid Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Beach was very trashy. Pool area was kept nice and tidy but there was no one taking care of the beach area

The resort has basically everything you would need there food and entertainment wise to the point there’s almost no reason to leave and the staff there are all really nice!

Jewel Palm Beach was a beautiful resort. They take pride making your stay enjoyable. The food was Phenomenal. There is a variety every single day It has a huge buffet and several other individual restaurants. They serve food even at the poolside. It was all very delicious. Entertainment was fun. However, the rooms are an outdated they do need a TLC, but still kept very clean. The bathroom shower to our room did not have door so water would come out on to the floor. Overall the air conditioning is weak everywhere, but it’s understandable because during our time it was extremely hot. The beach is well kept and was beautiful. The pool very clean this location overall very clean and I was impressed as well as my family.. We had three rooms as we were a group of eight that included adult teenagers. There’s a nightclub with wonderful Spanish music. The bartenders everywhere very attentive, very funny and very welcoming I would definitely recommend to stay and I would stay at this property again.

I didn’t like that my room was infested with mosquitoes and bugs and i mean alot of them. Mosquito bit us in thr first 10mins we got into the room. We had to step out. A gentle man from the Concierge helped and tried to find us a different room, it was much smaller and farther away from my mom's room. My mom's room was ok. They eventually fumigated the room. It helped but there were still Mosquitoes and it wasn't pleasant dealing with that for 2hr plus before even settling down. It was a stressful start to my vacation.

Very nice property

Most of the staff was great but there was some that were rude and that was annoying because you spend so much money and I didn’t pay for attitude especially if it doesn’t make sense. The stairs were wet and I slipped the room service girls were near by and helped helped up because I had a plate of food that broke they were nice but didn’t bother to check if I needed ice or anything. The food was bad I wasn’t expecting fine dining for all exclusive resort but at least better. The sushi was really bad

It had great food and the workers were awesome

While the property was clean the pool was dirty. Also I purchased a tour from VIP tours off of the beach that they stole my money.

Staff went above and beyond expectations for service! Very friendly and helpful and appeared to actually enjoy what they do! Nightly entertainment especially the acrobats and Dominican dancers were exceptional!
