My stay at Catalonia was amazing, the staff was very welcoming specifically lizaury and Luis at the front desk. They both went above and beyond to accommodate me and my family. Jessica and felix the bartenders are the margarira bar at the pool were exceptional! Very friendly,attentive ans overall amazing they definitely made our stay better. The resort itself was very beautiful. I would just say that the rooms need a little upgrade and maybe a little bit more of a nightlife.

Terrible customer service, I paid for a service and they never supply.. I don’t recommend this place,food was cold, drinks hot to much walking for everything and when you need service room they never be available..

Overall, everything was pretty good, but there's always room for improvement. I noticed a shortage of staff serving at the pool area, and the food has significantly deteriorated compared to last year.

No transportation when needed, food was ok. Tiki bar closes really early at 6 pm and pool at 7 pm which is early if people go in vacation
