Secure (fenced) location; easy to find/enter/exit. Offered breakfast; we did not purchase but a nice option under other circumstances. Easy check-in.

There was no soap at the bathroom sink and a large pool of water in the corner of the bathroom countertop? Also ice machine was not working; had to go to another building to get it. Lastly, we went to lobby for coffee, returned to our room and our room key was deactivated, even though it was 30 minutes before checkout deadline; odd.

The location is excellent if you are traveling by train. The hotel is right across the street from the Amtrak Station. Also, it is right across the street from the Convention Center and the DIgnity Health Arena. There are a number of bars and restaurants close by, but beware, most of the food establishments close early.

The hotel is a bit spread out on the property and for me to reach my room I had to walk outside across a parking lot and over a bridge that was for cars and not pedestrians.

Nice and very clean, very big and comfortable room with kitchenette and sofa. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast possible in the Hotel

The location of my room. As a lone female traveler, it was uncomfortable parking and entering the hotel so far away from the front office. There were signs to not leave things in your car, and people loitering in the parking lot. I didn't have a view of my car from my room. There didn't seem to be security patrol. The toilet in my room had a high pitch sound when flushed and took several minutes to subside.
