The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great and the beds were incredibly comfortable! Love the bridge and canal running through back of property.

My only complaint is that I made a purchase inside the lobby for 2 bottled waters, 2 small bags of chips and 1 Reese's PB cup and the total came to almost $25.00, That was beyond ridiculous! That's just straight up taking advantage of your customers. I really didn't appreciate that.

The orange trees were nice and the room was spacious and clean.

The property needs an elevator. Trying to lug heavy suitcases up the stairs can be difficult. The chemical cleaning solution was very overwhelming in the hall, which is terrible for people with respiratory issues.
