Hotel Martino Spa and Resort

I had a great stay! Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable.

The jacuzzi is nothing more than a bathtub with jets in the spa area; and not working. Steam and sauna require a special reservation, not necessarily convienent. Getting the $10 credit for food and beverage is like pulling teeth. There is no discount to zoo ave across the street. There is no in room coffee. They need to update the Expedia description to describe what they actually offer.

Love the classic, old-school woodwork and trim. Very stylish. Never felt more welcomed and cared for at a hotel. Staff at every level were so intuitive and thoughtful. The lasagna was exceptional.

The grounds were beautiful! Check in was fast informative and easy. Very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable and plenty to do. It’s very relaxing here.

It is a very old hotel and the rooms do not make maintenance, little lighting in the rooms, very old mattresses, sheets, pillows, shower, etc.
