Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Room was clean and comfortable.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The elevators smell like cigarette smoke. They book you a two bed room and consider two beds to be a “ pull out couch “ They screwed over our entire company with more than 20 bookings. The rooms weren’t cleaned. There’s actual poop stains in the bathtub. Do not stay here

Stay was pleasant, however, the tub needs a block to prevent the water from coming out onto the floor. Almost had a fall due to unseen water in the doorway. Also, the thermostat could not be adjusted, it got to hot or too cold.

This was the perfect place for us to stay as one member of the family under went surgery at Cleveland Clinic and family was able to come and go to this nearby location. Once released from the hospital the suite allowed for our patient to have some privacy and sleep time for recovery while family could gather in the next room. Having a small fridge and microwave allowed for some smaller food items - but the hotel room service and food was excellent! It more than exceeded our expectations.

Very clean, quiet hotel with friendly, helpful staff and very convenient to Cleveland Clinic. The only down side is that if you don't pay for the valet parking, the nearest parking garage is two blocks away.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The room service dinner was not good. There was caked on dust on the airvents and the bed sagged in the middle, very uncomfortable.

Awesome experience there, great service and great food and those shuttles to the hospital are amazing, thanks for offering that
