"Beautiful grounds and amenities, very basic room"

The resort area is beautiful. Lots of amenities (although some cost extra), and the fitness room was the best I've seen at a hotel. Large, comfortable bed and spacious suite. Very quiet and peaceful. Excellent breakfast buffet.

The quality of the room was very basic, dated and worn out. The fridge made a loud rattling noise, and some of the upholstery was stained or torn. Spacious, but needs updating. We didn't get to try the indoor pool and hot tub, as they were closed for the duration of our stay, which we didn't know ahead of time. We would have like to try bowling, but it was oddly expensive.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

We stayed in the executive suites and they were pretty outdated and in need of a face lift. Room was clean and nice space but pull out couch was old and clearly stained. Other than the room needed a face lift the pool and everything else was wonderful. Food at all places was great.

The grounds are beautiful.

The executive suite that my family and I stayed in was a little dated and needed some updating but the property itself is very nice.
