The Resort at Glade Springs

It was close to the ski resort and we also love the Access to places like restaurants and the leisure center.

I feel the property feels old, the rooms have a musty odor.

Great stay for Winterplace Ski experience. Hot breakfast buffet bar and timely shuttle service. Staff and crew were really nice and welcoming throughout our 3 night stay.

The resort was beautiful. Breakfast was good but Bathroom seemed to be updated recently. Bus service was a plus

Room wasn’t as clean as I would expect and it needs a little updating.

The staff was very friendly, at check in. The main facility was very clean.

The executive suite that my son and I stayed in was very outdated, and was not what I had expected, especially after paying what I had to pay. The outside of the building was very run down, and not clean. There was cigarettes left in an ashtray on the table outside of our room, on the porch. The king size bed was so hard, neither of us was able to sleep. We were there for a golf tournament at WoodHaven.

The room we were given was very dated and dirty. There were stains in the carpet, sofa, and curtains. There were dead bugs throughout the room, hair on the sink, toilet, and shower, and a dirty washcloth from a prior guest in the shower. It was disgusting and while we didn’t see anything wrong with the bed itself, didn’t make me confident they had even washed the sheets. I responded to a text asking about how our stay was going, and received no response from the resort about all of the issues. All the staff throughout the resort were friendly and helpful, no complaints there, but I couldn’t recommend anyone stay here.

We had a great experience! The rooms were well maintained and cleaned. The floor was quiet, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Lots of amenities offered to families. I did see some rusting in the steam rooms which looked like it needed updating. Also, the front desk staff wasn't the friendliest, and didnt smile much, but did answer questions we had. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! We are very grateful for our experience!

While the resort is clean, it's very dated. Stained, worn-down (as in it felt like there was no cushiom left), very uncomfortable couch in the Jr. Suite. Breakfast buffet is convenient and basic. We were warned by staff about using the lockers in the Leisure Center, so we didn't utilize the indoor pool, sauna, or steam room for that reason. Several 'extra charge' activities available. Bunkers restaurant was good, and the entire property is beautiful. The shuttle is a nice feature, especially to visit Winterplace.

We had a great stay at The Resort at Glade Springs, and it was an excellent complement to our ski trip. The resort was clean, comfortable, and very family-oriented. After long days on the slopes, it was nice to return to a relaxing environment with plenty of space for our family of four. Everything felt well-maintained and easy to navigate. One of the highlights for our kids was the leisure center. We spent time bowling together, which was a fun and easy way to unwind in the evenings. It gave our 10- and 11-year-olds something to look forward to after skiing and made the trip feel balanced and enjoyable for everyone. We also played more in the snow! Overall, The Resort at Glade Springs offered a welcoming atmosphere, family-friendly amenities, and a convenient location. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to families looking for a comfortable and well-rounded getaway.

The free breakfast was a nice bonus, the grounds and facilities were also pleasant.

Our hot water heater went out but was fixed quickly and one of the TVs in our room was malfunctioning.
