"Christmas trip"

We had a nice stay at Glade in a parlor room. The food at breakfast was good and there was a wide variety of selections. It snowed while we were there and the views of the grounds, decorated for Christmas, were lovely. We will definitely stay there again.

"Would not recommend."

It was lit up with Christmas lights

It felt very old and not updated. Everything was run down. The bed felt like you were sleeping on plywood. Our kid begged to leave so we left 2 days early and just lost the money.

"Spacious accomodations at the Chestnut Hill lodge"

The Resort at Glade Springs was nice, because the Chestnut Hill lodge fit 15 adult family members. The living area was big enough for when 22 of us gathered after dinner. The accomodations are in need of some repair. The maintenance and housekeeping staff are very responsive, but for the price that you pay, you shouldn't have to call someone every day to fix something,

"Lovely Resort!"

Beautiful resort near Winterplace with so much for teens and adults to enjoy! We got the spa and Activities Center Packages which we all enjoyed! Holiday lights and decor were such a nice treat! One of our teen guest sprained his ankle on Friday night playing basketball and the staff (especially the lifeguard on duty) were so helpful and supportive! Housekeeping, maintenance, front desk and Rotunda brunch buffet staff were all friendly, professional and so helpful! We stayed in the Executive Suites and loved the space and amenities it provided. Oh - and the big windows and views! Took off one star because much of the resort could use updating and and a refresh. Amazing stay - third time there over the years and plan to be back many more times!

"Comfortable and convenient for our family ski trip"

The location is great as is shuttle access should roads be bad. We spent nearly all our time on the slopes but from past trips, the onsite activities are superb. Finally, their breakfast, and as always the coffee, were an excellent start to the day.

"Weekend get away"

We wanted a quiet weekend away and were pleased with our stay. We had lovely walks through the snow among the holiday lights. relaxing treatments at the spa and the food was very good, especially breakfast at the Rotunda and dinner at the Grill. We will talk about the Waldorf Salad for years and it is reason enough to return.

"Weekend getaway"

Always a wonderful experience at the Resort at Glades Springs. Beautiful scenery, lovely staff, clean rooms. Especially love the Christmas lights this time of year.
