"Good but rooms need updated"

Overall, it was a good experience. The rooms and some of the places are outdated. The room at the inn was spacious, but needs to not smell like musty old smell. Also the mattresses need replaced.

"The guest room left a lot to be desired"

The grounds of the property were beautiful. The spa had excellent service as did the rotunda dining area, but, was disappointed because they had given the deluxe room that I had reserved to someone else. And the bathroom in the room that we stayed in was nasty had peeling paint. Appeared to be mold as well

"Anniversary Trip"

pretty dated Place, needs a lot of Attention, Management needs to step up and support Training for Employees. Resort Location is great, however to have the Spa and Sauna in a different location (Bus ride necessary) is inconvenient. Bunkers Bar and Glade Grill are more or less the same, Personnel, Food, Service has room for improvement. Price - Service level does not match.

"Exceptional"

We really enjoyed our visit to this property. We stayed in the renovated executive suite area. The staff were very warm and welcoming. The pool area was clean and well maintained and very relaxing. Breakfast was good. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

"28 golfer group"

Great place, beautiful scenery, good golf, lots of accommodation options. I would definitely return. Some things I experienced were a little dated, but clean and friendly place for the entire family.

"Nice last trip before school."

Beautiful area, nice breakfast, decently adequate fitness center, arcade was old and lacking for kids. We did enjoy the pool and the lifeguards were amicable. Was sad the hot tub was being renovated. But was an enjoyable stay!

"Great Vacay!!"

Amazing time with my extended family at the Resort at Glade Springs. Relaxing and very good environment with good facilities for everyone.
