The "suite" itself was clean but the overall building was sadly needing some upkeep. All nails/screws were rusted and some places looked like some flooding had occurred.

Restaurant hostess on her phone Face Timing or Instagraming while her co-workers were working very hard. Room TV remote does. Of work and no response from the registration desk.

The resort was nice, but the room wasn't in great condition. Ripped sofa, garbage left on the bathroom floor, extremely loud refrigerator. The convenience of the resort was nice and the grounds were well maintained.

"The cart girl was obnoxiously rude and I won’t return just because of her… also they hate Ohio people and the restaurant"

The staff in the restaurant was very rude to us both nights of stay, food took forever and the manager clearly didn’t want to make our stay memorable with her attitude of wanting to watch our home football game… Most of all the cart girl both days said obscene language to us, calling us “F Ohio boys” which blew my mind and I won’t return until it’s known that she is gone from your staff entirely. I paid good money and she ruined my entire time on the golf course because of her trash mouth and attitude towards us, as well as many others.

Nice property, friendly staff, breakfast was good. They really need to keep up the maintenance on the executive villas where we stayed. Exterior: Pealing paint everywhere, hasn't been painted in years. Decks and stairs were very dirty. Also,need to trim trees along walkways. Interior was dated. Not worth what we paid.

"Excellent"

Wonderful place but it’s tired and could use a refresh. Staff was very pleasant but not very attentive or aware of what was happening around them with regard to guests presence. I do know what all their plans for the weekend are though because that seemed to be their focus first then the customers. We will be back to give it another try. The location is a perfect meeting place for our family to enjoy time together.

"Great experience"

Check in was great and accommodating! Pool was heated and felt great! The manor house was everything and more!! Can’t wait for Christmas
