The location is perfect! We have stayed here multiple times! Staff is always super helpful & accommodating!

Very clean.

The bed was comfortable and I liked the suite type amenities (couch, ottoman).

The grout in the shower and around the toilet was black, and indication of mold. The AC was particularly noisy with a grinding sound. The "free" breakfast was quite disappointing. There were fruit flies on the bagels, they had hard boiled eggs cut in half. Toaster waffles. The fridge in the room wobbled all over the place when you opened it and should be stabilized. Just very unappealing!

Conveniently located. Hot water was great. Good water pressure.

Dirty carpet in the hallway. Breakfast choices were limited. There wasn’t any bread for toast, just bagels. The hard boiled eggs were cut in half and stored with the bagels and mini muffins, not refrigerated.

The room was clean. The space was nice and quiet. The property near the dumpsters could be better maintained as there is some trash like doors not used anymore set off to the side. Such a pretty pond should have some kind of seating for guests instead of trash. Thebstaff was great. Very kind. Parking was easy and well maintained. The bathroom for room 131 is in need of a few repairs, towel holder fell off when i tried to hang the towel afrer my shower and the inside of the shower has a ledge that someone must have put all their weight on because it was about to fall off the wall. But the glass was beautiful and new and the shower itself was nice.

Such a convenient location! Some TLC needs done BUT - it’s in a safe location, everything functions and let’s be real - we are all coming here cause we need something budget friendly. It’s not a 5 star aesthetic but the customer service is incredible!! They accommodated my need for a first floor room and were so welcoming when we checked in later that evening.

Breakfast is definitely a struggle, everything is cold. But Starbucks is right beside the location

Came to the area for a church event, first room was disgusting, smelled bad and giant pee stain on mattress amongst whatever else was on there. Talked to the lady about switching rooms and she got an attitude and said the room was clean. I told her I wanted a different room. She stated they were booked but she guesses she could give us a different room. Which meant someone else had that room. DISGUSTING!!! Food was cold and stale like it sat out all night. Will not be back.
