"Awful afternoon tea"

Awful afternoon tea . Staff are not at all attentive and we struggled to find them to get spoons for our deserts. The cakes were dry and consisted of bara brith , honey loaf , tiny macaroon , raspberry ruffle curdled tiny crème brûlée and hard stale matcha scone with solid jam . For the price charged it was disgusting .

Size of room, staff at restaurant very friendly.

Charged £15 for leaving the room 20 minutes late due to stripping the beds and putting towels/ rubbish the correct bins for the cleaning staff. Room was advertised with a balcony, no balcony in room when we got there.

"very good will come again"

lovely spacious room, we had dinner in the lounge which was very nice followed by an excellent buffet breakfast the following morning.

we had some drinks on the patio in the afternoon, the tables could have been cleared of drinks quicker than they were. The glass panel veranda was very dirty and needed a clean

"Fabulous stay"

Large rooms overlooking the golf course. Fabulous spa treatments. Exemplary staff and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent food choice and service in the bar and restaurant. Highly recommend this hotel.
