They did not honor my reservation and upon arrival they were closed

Friendly environment. Ms Nena was awesome very professional and answered every question and handled every issue promptly. The only issue we have had so far was a light bulb. There was also someone doing rounds multiple times a day to make sure there wasn't any problems. We stayed with small children and felt safe. Definitely a good place to stay long term and much cheaper then a normal hotel. Had a more homey feel.

The bed was clean and comfortable. The toilet quit working the day I was leaving. There was no one at the front desk to tell. Carpet needed a good cleaning.

My room was supposed to be non-smoking but it reeked of cigarettes. It was also dirty. Did not look like the floor had ever been vacuumed. Countertop and stovetop were dirty. There were dirty toothpicks on the floor and ashes beside the bed. The lady working was very nice and switched our room but the floor was not super clean in there either. Everything was old and worn looking.

Dishes were left in sink. No pillows on bed in main room. Comforter on the floor in add on room. Disgusting smell. No toilet tissue or hand towels. Had to use kleenex to use the restroom. My light's didn't function properly. Just terrible. I could only post a picture of the light, since there isn't an option to add a video.

We had roaches in our room had to go buy roach spray to be comfortable

Requested a non-smoking room. The entire hotel smells like smoke. There really isn’t a front desk, rather an office as you come through the foyer that closes after certain time. You have to stand outside to get a phone number to call and get the clerk to come and let you in. She appeared as though she had been in bed. No effort has been made towards upkeep of this facility. The carpet is stale and dirty. There were some small pieces of trash in the hallway and on the stairwell. There was a hole in the wall under our sink, I guess it had been knocked out to work on the pipes. The room was comfortable enough I guess, if you could get past the smoke that burned my eyes through the night. I am not one to complain usually. I don’t require very much, but I’m never going back.

The hotel was fine but the room smelled awful I even had to wash the bathroom floor myself and go and buy fabreeze

Room has sink, fridge and stove, that’s the plus. In my opinion, terrible.

Well we were there for 3 Days , we had no housekeeping... I had to get my own fresh towels... there was a huge dead roach in the stairwell, it’s still there! Not clean at all... ppl in rooms fighting! Not a happy customer at all!!
