InTown Suites Extended Stay Greenville NC

They're under renovations. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. When I first open the door to room it had a little odor. I think it was like that because it had been close up. Spray air freshener and turn on AC everything was good. Shower pressure was awesome. Bed was comfortable.

They should not allow you to book a room on a Sunday online if noone is goimg to be there,

This place is good for a quick fix place to stay. It's NOT LUXURIOUS so DON'T EXPECT IT! InTown Suites were good for providing temporary housing for my son who required a place to stay until he was able to establish housing for himself in Greenville, NC. The price was affordable for a week's stay! I"m grateful for the staff and the service received for my son! Thank you Kevin and Co-workers for you awesome customer service toward my son.

Worst hotel ever. The carpet and bathroom was dirty the comforter has cigarette burn marks and house keeping never came I. The whole week we were there. They was a roach walking on the wall in the bedroom. The fridge was clean on the inside but dirty on the outside. WILL NEVER STAY THE AGAIN. For such a nice neighborhood this is a very disgusting hotel expected more.

Asked for a refund and left, never made it to the room! It was almost impossible to get someone at the front desk to answer the phone.

First, I want to recognize and thank the property manager. She is professional, cares about her property, and is dedicated to providing a great stay for her guests. This particular hotel doesn't rank up there with the Ritz-Carlton so don't come expecting that. It is adequate and a great value for the price especially if you are staying long term (a week or more). The room was a good size, there's a nice little kitchen area, and generally the property is clean and safe. You'll need to provide cooking and eating utensils and there is a fridge to use. We did see a "bug" when we arrived but a quick squish took care of it. We went to Wal-Mart and bought a bed set because the covers provided looked bad so we didn't want to take any chances. I checked for bed bugs and there was absolutely no evidence so that's good. All-in-all a good stay.

Nice and clean hotel. Close to hospital I was to work at. Very cheap prices. Would recommend to others. Staff was wonderful

First there was a white woman hanging out the second story window that did not endear me to wanting to stay there. Secondly the room was covered in mold it stunk horribly, and third I killed a huge cockroach before we left. However, the staff is wonderfully kind and the room actually looked clean (other then the one cockroach I saw), Plus the parking lot is very well lit, I appreciated that.

I reserved a room for 2 nights for my fiance while she attended a weekend EMT class. If we could give this place a zero, we would. We reserved on Hotels.com, where the reviews were good (although highly suspect now that she has seen the place in real life). The room was suppose to be a non-smoking room. She said when she walked into the lobby, there were people outside smoking pot. Then she went to the room, where there was a heavy smell of smoke, and the detector had been taped up. She called the front desk and the person, who had no authority at all, said they were sorry and assured her it was a non-smoking room. We decided to cancel, and the hotel refused, so we called Hotels.com and they reimbursed us. But Hotels.com should consider taking them off of their list. To disable a smoke detector is not only unlawful, it is not safe. My fiance said it looked like it had been that way for awhile. It is the hotel's management that are responsible for the safety and well-being of all their guests, and should regularly inspect the rooms for cleanliness and safety. If things like this take place, then management needs to be fired, or the hotel shut down. Life safety is paramount when staying overnight in any building.

You should really have Expedia check out this faculty the Hal’s are filthy, the bedding was unbearable to think you were to sleep their and the overall condition was below standards. This is a home for people who cannot afford a place to stay. Expedia should bring embarsssed to have this place on their offers. I checked out and found a different place to stay while in Greenville,NC. I think I should be refund some money that I hate pay in addition to what was included in my recant trip
