InTown Suites Extended Stay Greenville NC

I will never stay here it needs to be condemned not fit to stay. I would not recommend anyone to stay there not even my dog. Please take the hotel off your website it makes your organization look bad!!!!!!

I found that, while convenient to the hospital area, it left a lot to be desired. There were no elevators or ice machines, the lighting in the room was poor, with the lights between the bed not working at all and the front desk was only available during limited hours. I even had to wait for someone to arrive in order to check in, and no one was available for checkout - I had to put the keys into a slot and hope that I wasn't charged anything additional.

The rooms were nice and clean. Only part didn’t like was there was no dishes in the room

Absolutely no amenitites. No one on duty in the evenings, signs everywhere with phone number to call if there is any problem, including vending machines. No phones in the rooms, 2 skimpy thin towels, no soap, shampoo, etc., Coffee machine, no cup or glass. However, the room, though tired and old, was clean, the staff was helpful. Most tenants in the facility rent by the week or month.

THE STAFF (NINA AND KEVIN) ARE WONDERFUL! I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN!

All night for the past two nights there was loud music and tv noise. Not A lot of rest There was no staff on duty to complain to .

Only complaint people on 2nd floor with kids who make so much noise.

So if you dont mind room cleaned once, taking out your own trash, towels with pubic hairs in them and buying your own toilet paper then I guess this is for you. Room smelled like urine. I thought the smell was the a/c but turns out to be the floor. Every time asked about the stuff above staff would laugh and say they didn't tell you when you checked in. Affordable but lacks alot. Will not be staying there again.

Everyone was happy and clean... The hotel made me feel as if I was home.

I was highly disgusted by the fowl odor, the appearance of the hotel. Walking down hall made me feel as if I was weed lab. The room itself was not even any better. The smell was horrible!! There was no one on duty after 5pm. I was also told that if the toilet get stopped up, to call a cell phone number and some one would be there with a plunger.
