"The Oberio Mauiritius"

It was truly wonderful experience staying at this hotel, the facilities were first rate and the attention to detail and the food was superb. The staff at the hotel made the experience unforgettable, nothing was too much trouble and they made the stay even better than we could possible imagine We were on our honeymoon and only good things can be said about the Oberio Mauritius, I look forward to staying there again in the future. My wife and I highly recommend this hotel.

The villa I stayed is fantastic! Everything is fantastic about this hotel, on the rock restaurant, privacy, in villa dining service, pool....... I couldn't pick one single imperfection.

The hotel staff were amazing, went beyond the call of duty. The setting is stunning and we will definitely go back. There was attention to detail and very service orientated.

"Lovely hotel!"

We went for knowing we wanted a lazy holiday. Our aim was to spend as much time on a sun lounger as possible and I think we managed pretty well. The hotel is beautiful, the staff are SO helpful and we possible the best massages in the Spa we've ever had. We explored the 2 towns close to the resort; Port Louis seemed to be more of a day time excursion, the markets are great and its def worth a visit, but beware of getting hassled (its pretty much the opposite of been in the hotel). Grand Baie is great from evening activities, lovely restaurants and bars. The hotel happily sort out taxi's for you.

"Garden of Eden in Mauritius"

This was an absolutely lovey property from start to finish. The grounds were impeccable, the rooms luxurious and spotless and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The spa was absolutely fantastic as well. Checking in and out was a breeze. I was so sorry to leave. Really one of the top hotels I have stayed at and I travel constantly. I highly recommend it!!

"Fantastic vacation"

We had been very tired with our work and travels and wanted to chill out and spend some quality time to recoup. The resort was fantastci and overall experience from the moment we arrived to departure was fabulous. The entire staff is very attentive to your needs and everything (food, restuarant, hospitality) were excellent. Would highly recommend to all.

Fabulous stay with friendly staff and great food. Guy selling jewellery on the beach was annoying though (John) when we would not buy goods he tried to scare us away from going into town.
