So clean and good room

The room was clean and spacious The only thing was when I went to shower the water never really got hot it was like a Luke warm which was very disappointing cause the shower was nice and the shower head was very nice as well also there was one small coach roach but that was just one never saw another one after that

I've stayed at a lot of rooms & this was one of my best stays I'll definitely come back here from now on

No hot water and when i told them about it they keep saying hot water is working and the only way i could get some what of warm water is to let it run for 1-2 hpurs

The hotel is horrible. Room was not clean, there were roaches everywhere, the floors were nasty (my husband got a broom from housekeeping to sweep our room), the hot water in the shower was barely hot and there was no hot water in the sink, the toilet seat was covered in cigarette burns, was stained and nasty. The phone in the room didnt work, so when front desk was needed we had to walk to the office fir help. The staff was not friendly nor professional.

Arrive shortly after check in time. Got my room. Dropped stuff off in the room and thought I had turned heat on but we left went to get food come back and the unit never worked. Called office got a room switched out. Got settled into the second room. Tried to take a shower but it just filled up the bottom of the shower. Did not want to be a nuisance. Figured I’d let them know the next morning when I checked out. I just went to sleep. Or at least tried to. For the next three hours we had another resident of the hotel banging on our door. We called the office multiple times and they did nothing finally the guy left long enough for us to throw all of our stuff in our vehicle and we went to office and told him we wanted a refund because our safety was compromised and we didn’t feel comfortable staying at their hotel. A room change at this point was not something we were comfortable with. I want a full refund and am trying to work with booking agency but if I have to I will contact my card issuer and have them reverse the charges and show where I had to go to Another hotel. Worst possible experience I’ve ever had staying somewhere in my entire life.

Everything ! Lobby was stacked with junk, not even a cup of coffee or water offered to guests.
