Americas Best Value Inn Beaumont, TX

It was horrible. There were roaches in the bed sheets.

The cleaning staff used a very strong cleanser which caused me to have a headache all night. The towels, sheets, and pillows looked dirty and dingy.

Good for the cost. They do have roaches and its kinda sketchy but the staff was kind.

was a good place to stay for the area. Everything was nice.

It was very scary. It was super dirty, smoky, unsafe, loud.

Room was infested with roaches. Roches were crawling on bed. Asked for a refund and she pointed at the sign that said no refunds. I told her to call the manager because there was no way i was sleeping with roaches and they were going to give my money back. She called and they refunded me.

Good location. Easy to get to shopping, groceries, dining out. Good for anyone on a budget.

My stay was great and awesome I loved it very much

I did reservations and I had to wait on a roomthat i booked the night before the room they put me in the people upstairs kept stomping walking hard children was loud i just didn't get to enjoy myself

They were verry nice and keep everything nice and clean
