The general manager was very rude to say that my family and I were experiencing bad situations already and turned us away with no hesitation or remorse

do not book this motel --- run down and dirty bed / had to book another motel in the area

Was pretty decent for the price. Also i arrived into Bmnt several hours earlier than check-in time, stopped at motel 1st (via Uber) to attempt to atleast drop my baggage off, so i didnt have to take it to a local hospital (for a visit). Had to wait about 30 mins for them to clean the room and was allowed to go ahead and check-in 2.5 hours prior to scheduled check-in. Ms. Office Lady (sorry, i didnt catch your name), your AWESOME and i REALLY APPRECIATE the early check-in! I will definitely keep your motel on my list for possible future revisits!

To many people parting that lives there need to have them by them self not with people traveling

This room was not well kept.. cigarette burns on counters and dressers and BED COVERS .. the curtains was cut with big openings.. broken soap dish in tub

Literally had multiple roaches. Said something to the guy working the desk and all he could say is yea we know. Disgusting.

These rooms are a tear down, they stink the restrooms are filthy, the shower head alone is full of gunk which is not suitable to actually shower. Rooms smell like straight must and dirtiness. The restroom door is literally sawed off on the edge just so the door can shut. I can go on and on about the conditions of this motel. We were only there for work and trying to save a few bucks but it's totally not worth it at all. I've never seen such conditions in a hotel.

It was not a clean or quiet place and there is a bad pest infestation
