This place is nasty its roaches running around everywhere. Bathroom looks like it haven't been cleaned in years i didn't even sleep in the room i an up sleeping in my vehicle

"Honey grab your junk and run for the hills"

Our what was supposed to be a night stay turned into a 15 minutes get you junk and run before the roaches carry you away. We got there and checked in by 9pm was given room 237 we went and opened the door and was immediately greeted by 4 roaches in suits 3 dark brown and 1 white, as we walked thru to check the room out the painting on the wall had 5 or 6 more staring at us before they decided to run. As we got closer to the bathroom roaches was running everywhere the walls the ceiling, i immediately told the wife grab you junk and run they are after us. Yes there was roaches in the room and we caught 3 in some tissue and carried them to the front desk and all they wanted to do is give us another room 2 doors down from that room and i told them they were crazy if they thought i was gonna stay there and they were going to refund my payment cause i was going elsewhere. I truly will not recommend this hotel in Beaumont to anyone. By far the worst America best hotel i have ever encountered.

"Gross Don't Stay There"

Roach's were everywhere. Worst hotel ever. Never even stayed there. Looked at room and demanded a refund. Roach's on bed bathroom when I told the lady she was roaches are you sure. Customer service is awful. Don't say there.

I unfortunately experienced a bad stay, there was roaches the first day I walked and the remainder of my stay, I woke up to my back squishing roaches in my bed.

Been here before but this time there was alot of roaches in room. Also wall are really thin so between people arguing outside or house keeping cart rolling by it tends to be loud at times
