"Very clean hotel "

I almost didn't stay at this hotel because some reviews said it was dirty. The hotel was spotless! We ate in the restaurant, it was good, the bartender John was great. Our balcony had a gorgeous view. We would definitely stay here again.

Resort and rooms are in desperate need of an update. Very tired and worn. Quite disappointed considering how much they charge per night.

"Exceptional"

Enjoyed our stay with two kids, ages 2 and 11. Room was nice, balcony was a bit shaky and might need a little maintenance. Restaurants on site were nice, a little pricey but peaceful place. We lost power in the middle of night due to storms but generator kept hall lights and bathroom light on. We weren't inconvenienced much. Breakfast buffet wasn't the best- opt for the Starbucks on site. We loved the outdoor pool!

It wasn’t up to date. In the indoor pool there was a sock over something to prevent people from touching it. The facilities need to be updated.

"Beautiful views "

The property grounds were beautiful and the amenities were perfect for our family. Our kids loved the pool options, video game rooms, and on site playground. The facility is dated and could definitely use some improvements, but that would not deter us from staying here again. Bonus, there's a Starbucks in the hotel. Our room was very dirty. Stains on the walls and curtains, bugs in the sliding door track. Our dresser drawer , wouldnt stay shut. Same with the nightstand drawer. In the closet , the pipes were all exposed and not attached to the wall. Dirty and wouldn't trust putting my clothing in there. Restaurant , had a very limited menu. Did not offer a continental breakfast. Breakfast onsite was $20 a person. I would not recommend staying at this hotel

Front desk staff is very friendly, hotel has great view, bed is clean, but the rooms definitely needs updates, the carpet stinks in some area.
