"Comfortable room but was charged more than quoted price"

I was charged $97.54. $20. more than the booking.com price of $77.54. Possibly an illegal charge for my service animal? Have called twice & was told a refund would be issued, but still waiting for it after over 3 weeks!!!!

Check in was seamless.

Room was literally falling apart, the power plug came all the way out (is that safe?), the toilet seat was wonky, the door to bathroom didn't close. The bed sheets and towels all had weird stains. Stayed in a room on the side of the highway and of course you can hear the noise all night. I stayed for one night buy for the money I paid for this I might as well stay in the motel 6 next door and save a couple bucks.

It was surprisingly great! Nice updates. Friendly staff. Comfortable accommodations. Continental breakfast was perfect. I will definitely be staying here again in the future

My only complaint is the way my navigation system took me, not their fault!
