SureStay Hotel by Best Western Williams

The lady who checked us in was very nice.

Breakfast was limited. First BW that didn’t have eggs. They only had 2% milk and no cream for coffee. Tried to check out. After ringing the bell multiple times no one came. I never officially checked out, don’t know which credit card was used. Never got a receipt. Printer wasn’t working which is why I never signed anything when we checked in, lady said their was a credit card on file. Limited towels enough for 1 person not for 2. Location weird no place to walk.

Close to Starbucks and just off the freeway.

No washcloths, tables were dusty, floor needed mopped, needed more blankets, no creamer for the coffee in the breakfast area. Flys in the room when we first opened the door.

I did not expect a 5 star hotel but from the location (freeway noise all night) to a sink faucet that was loose, to swatting flies during winter temperatures, to old oil smelling lotion. I must say however to have lotion in any hotel is a plus. At least they tried to do that right but should throw away lotions that are a few years old. Hotels are removing their lotions and hair conditioner nowadays unfortunately. The breakfast is located directly in the lobby and was a true basic. But I was able to have wheat toast and coffee. No space for fruit, yogurt, mini muffins, But juice was available. They also splurged on a waffle maker but the spray was not available so the waffles would not stick. The entire time in the lobby, no staff was there. I think they arrive at check in times. Truly a truckers hotel. I learned not to booked a hotel just off of the freeway.
