"I would stay again."

Long term residents live here. Room was dirty: counters, bed linens stained and dirty, shower suction mat moldy, weird smell. Would've felt more unsafe if we didn't have our dog. Really dirty property. Bummer. Regret not staying at Granzella's.

We've stayed here several times and will continue to do so.

No fault of the facility, but there was a non guest who got in a loud argument at 1:30 am. She finally left after manager spoke to her.

"Price was affordable, but the property needs work"

Shower worked fine when we first arrived but the next morning it didn’t work at all!! No water!!

"Sure not to stay here again."

I had stayed at this hotel about four years ago, and it was then lovely. I made a reservation to stay there again the other night and was shocked when I saw the room. I should have not stayed there, but it was late in the evening. The room is very worn and the navy blue bed covers seemed to have white stains or were not really clean. The rest of the room seemed clean but again, was very worn. I would not recommend staying here.
