Embassy Suites North Charleston Airport Hotel Convention

The room was very nice and clean when we arrived and the breakfast was excellent

At check-in the room wasn’t ready and check in was at 4pm we got there at 6 so we had to be put in a different room then the first night it was a fire at 12am in the morning the staff gave us no explanation we stood outside for about 2 hour still no information from staff except for a bottle of water when it was over on of the other guests had to tell us we could go back to our room. Also we had to keep asking for towels and for someone to change and make the bed .Then the last day the maid came to clean the room out because she had us a checked out and I had to go to guest services who had no idea what she was talking about .

Hard to park due to an event. No helpful information!!

Rooms were cleaned and breakfast was amazing The breakfast staff was very welcoming!

The front desk staff was very busy but no one smiled and I felt like a bother but other than that my hotel stay was great

Some at the front desk were not very friendly and rather slow…but some were great

Staff was friendly & helpful. The facility itself was well kept, and the breakfast was outstanding!

I didn't have issues during my stay that I felts worth complaining about.

I have visited this hotel many times and I must say, the visit gets worst and worst each time. The hotel rates change each day; I checked in at the rate that was advertised online, but the rates escalated daily. To make matters worse, my credit card was charged for a stay that I did not do. When I asked the hotel to identify the charges against my folio, they could not find it. I was told by the manager that the hotel could not retrieve a copy of the charges. I had to report this incident as fraudulent activity to the BBB. The hotel staff can be very impolite and brash at times to the guest. As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond Member, I have enjoyed the pleasure of staying at many, many Hilton Properties across the Globe, but this property can leave you with a bad taste in your mouth.
