"Another opportunity to impress me."

Customer service at this property is substandard for Hilton. It was impossible to get the type of service I am typically given. However, I had to wonderful experiences with Judith in the breakfast service area and Kaโ€™Mya at check out. Both of these ladies should be promoted or at least given a substantial pay raise. In fact, if it wasnโ€™t for them I would never step foot in this property again. The room and the public areas of the embassy are very nice and recently remodeled, so I do give them five stars for the property itself. Improve your staff, and you will be a award-winning property. Going back in about two months so I will see if things have improved.
