Everything from the receptionist to the size of the rooms to the bar, breakfast, and pool. Our stay was amazing!

The room was dirty. There were washcloths left in the bathroom from previous guest. There were no clean washcloths or hand towels either. There was a lack of urgency from the staff to get more up there. I went out for a few hours and came back to more bath towels and no washcloths or hand towels. When I went back down to the front desk, they finally gave me some.

We picked this hotel because it was adjacent to the venue for my daughter's gymnastics meet, and we were hoping to have an early dinner and then go straight to bed. Nothing went to plan. We arrived at 4:50 pm (check-in was 4 pm) and were greeted by a very long line in the lobby. I had checked-in online, but the app wouldn't let me have a room key. After waiting in the line for 20 minutes, a gentleman who said he "just drives the van" came over with a notepad and asked me to write down my number, because he said that housekeeping had not released any of the rooms and that it would be probably an hour. He advised us to go to dinner and come back. I then took my daughter to dinner. While we were en route to dinner, I received a call from a lady at the front desk who said our room was ready and that when we returned to the hotel, we could use the app and go straight to our room. We returned to the hotel around 7:45 pm, and the app once again said that we had to stop by the desk and give them my ID for us to be able to use the digital key feature. The lady at the front desk said that the entire Hilton system was down, and she was going to be manually checking people into their rooms. I gave her my ID and credit card, and then she said that she needed me to "man the front desk for her" while she went upstairs to check on our room and to tell people coming in that the system was down. She came back 15 minutes later and without saying anything to me,proceeded to check three other guests, who came up to the desk after me, into their rooms. At 9 pm, she came back over to me, asked me my name again and said that the room that was supposed to be ours was occupied. She then sent me to a different room, which was (thankfully) not occupied, but at midnight, housekeeping knocked several times on the door and attempted to enter the room, apparently to deliver towels, which we had not requested and didn't need. Neither my daughter nor I got a restful night's sleep, which was very unfortunate since she had to be at her meet at 7:30 am (before the hotel's breakfast service began, by the way, since they don't serve until 7:30 on weekends). The next morning, I told the front desk team about our experience, and all that they offered us was 15,000 Hilton points, which, by the way, never posted to my account. I didn't even get credit for the terrible stay! I will never visit this hotel again, but I also overheard other guests saying that this is pretty much par for the course with this particular hotel. I would advise you to avoid it at all costs!!! There are many other chain hotels within a mile of the convention center, and they have to be much better.
