The Royce

A stunningly beautiful hotel! The staff were amazing and happily accommodated my special requests efficiently with empathy and kindness, for which I was truly grateful. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and luxurious.

The hotel and facilities were excellent but the service in the restaurant was appalling I waited so long after the main course I ended up just walked out.

I really liked the staff. Sam was very helpful and friendly, as was the girl, who I think has a Spanish background, just very warm and sincere. a nice stay overall. Thankyou.

Plumbing was bad and noisy, we had to move rooms in the middle of the night, no concession or anything offered to make up for that. The roomservice food was just too busy, trying too hard to be fancy. We ordered duck breast and just way too much going on on the plate, and the creme caramel also had way to much bitter citrus weirdness accompanying it. I come from a foodservice background. Its not that competitive for this time of year (Autumn) on price.

Great hotel, nice vibe and friendly staff. Hotel beds are next level comfortable. Loved everything about our stay from the luxurious room, we had the king terrace room and weren't disappointed to enjoying dinner in the glitzy hotel restaurant.
