absolutely nothing. no professionalism at all. my spouse and i had a terrible experience with this hotel. ($217.00) two hundred and seventeen dollars worth of jewelry was stolen from the room 103 we stayed in. the manager demetric bryant did nothing at all for us. he never contacted us, never came to our room, we tried to contact him several times while we stayed at hotel he never responded. he did come into his office ( desk clerk said he was there but by the time we got up to the lobby she said he was gone ) just long enough to alter/manipulate the camera that recorded the thief , so the police that we called could not make an arrest and thereby exposing what happen. i will never stay there again and every chance i get i will warn others. Dirty floors, cracked bathroom floor tiles, breakfast with only eggs, potato totters , sausage and sliced bread No fresh fruits

For the most part it was quiet until the dogs began barking.

Folks were smoking dope in their rooms but who knows which one. Exterior doors did not lock when closed. Rooms were very dated but linens were clean. Beds made a lot of noise due to age.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and my room was spotless, clean, and neat.

I didn't like that there was no elevator in this facility, and I was surprised by that. The carpet on the second floor looks like bleach was spilled on it. Also, I thought that I smelled a light moldy scent coming from the air conditioner, but I add that the more the air conditioner ran the less moldy the air smelled. Id like to add that the molding along the walls on the second floor needs to be repaired. I think this is a nice hotel but it can use a fresh decor. The only other thing that I would like to add is that the menue for the free breakfast needs to be changed. The hash browns were cold and hard, and I would've loved some muffins, or fruit with the yogurt. Other than that, I'm okay. I would stay there again.

Could hear people in other rooms. Toilet kept running. Breakfast was very mediocre.
