Hotel Dnipro

Hotel was in a great position close to Independence Square. The building was a bit old & outdated. TV didn’t work great & was the old analog type. Staff were a bit rude as they were on their phone & made you wait.

Great location for a so, so hotel. Hotel price was good for the location

Property was excellent but only problem I head issue you cannot bring any friend to your room otherwise you have to pay extra money that was odd

Best advantage to stay in this hotel is the location. But the other things also make your stay enjoyable good breakfast, i would stay again, it's worth what i pay.

Excellent service great staff, very friendly and helpful. Always clean hotel with English speaking staff. Food is exceptional

Convenient location close to Independence Square and Maidan. Good breakfast with good selections and live piano music. Plenty of restaurants and shops in surrounding area. Walking distance to St. Alexander Cathedral, St. Michael and St. Sophia.

Do not like ants in the bathroom and do not like not to be able to control room temperature. Was too warm in the room and thermostat did not work.

Older Soviet-style hotel, with some rooms recently reconditioned. I stayed in two different rooms- the first night was on floor 5 (single bed, about $40 per nite) and rom was not acceptable. Too much noise from exterior, other rooms, etc., and windows did not seal good creating drafts. Remainder of stay in a junior suite, about $90 per nite, double bed) and much better. Relatively quiet even though room faces a very busy major intersection. The two significant negatives are the high laundry cost (typical for hotels, and a real sore spot for me) and the sometimes poor wi-fi. Wi-fi signal quality was good about 75% of the time, but sometimes slow down too much to allow quick loading of web pages and no streaming. Service good, and restaurants okay with good prices. Breakfast was good, although hotels like the Hotel Rus provide a far superior breakfast.

staff was not very social and fault like we were causing them a problem asking questios. Not very friendly at all.
