Wir können nur erneut wiederholen, was wir in den vorangegangenen Aufenthalt geschrieben haben. Es ist ein sehr freundliches, kompetentes und gästeorientiertes Team in allen Abteilungen vom Management bis zum Service jeder Art. Wenn etwas nicht in Ordnung ist, braucht man nur sich über das Telefon zu melden und blitzschnell kommt jemand und repariert ist oder hilft, was immer man benötigt. Unser Kühlschrank war nicht, wie wir es richtig fanden. Es machte kein Eis und er war auch viel zu warm Aber ein kurzer Anruf und Ruckzuck wurde versucht, es in Ordnung zu bringen geduldig mehrere Tage hintereinander. Das gesamte Ressort ist super sauber super sicher und die Suite einfach luxuriös eingerichtet. So kann man natürlich auch für nur eine Woche sich angenehm erholen. Natürlich begeisterte jede Hausfrau wieder die Waschmaschine und der Trockner und immer gab es reichlich Handtücher. Zum Kochen wurde mir eine elektrische Pfanne und ein elektrischer Kochtopf bereitgestellt Der große Swimmingpool war wieder sehr angenehm temperiert und absolut kristallklar und sauber. Reichlich ist auch der Handtuch-Service, sowohl für den Pool als auch im Badezimmer! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die leise und sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Betten bequem nicht zu hart und nicht zu weich wieder rund um ein gelungener Aufenthalt, den man einfach nur von ganzem Herzen empfehlen kann.

Als älteste Person (81) wäre es zu begrüßen, wenn in der wunderschönen begehbaren Dusche - eine Hand Dusche wäre👍✊ Und wirklich zu bemängeln sind die viel zu niedrigen Toiletten in diesen wunderschönen Suiten 😏😢 Das könnte man einfach schon einmal beheben, indem man wenigstens einen „Haltegriff“ anbringen würde! nicht nur für alte Personen, sondern auch für die Gäste,die Knieprobleme , Hüft -Probleme und so weiter haben, sind diese niedrigen Toiletten wirklich problematisch- leider!

We are Club Wyndham owners and stayed at Orange Tree Resort in Scottsdale for 4 nights in May and had a great time. Even though all units are one bedrooms only, and they only have a kitchenette, the living room area is big enough and the bathroom with shower, 2 sinks, and hot tub was large. In the kitchen the fridge/freezer is 3/4 size but the freezer does have an ice maker. No stove top or oven - microwave only, and a tiny kitchen sink. We were on ground floor in Unit 703 (they told us Building 7 had been recently renovatedwith a living room view over the golf course. The covered patio had 2 chairs (ours had a lounger and upright chair, the adjacent unit had 2 upright chairs). I did notice several times that I could hear footsteps from the unit above us. As many have mentioned, the parking lot doesn't reach all the way down to Buildings 5, 6, 7 or 8 so you have some walking to do to get to your car, but they did have 24 hr golf cart transport available (just give front desk a call). The free laundry facility is next to the pool area, near Buildings 5 & 6, and has 3 stacked washer dryer units (2 packets of laundry soap in your room). I had seen pictures of the pool and somehow thought it was near the clubhouse and that it had a large bar area. The bar area in photos is small, with very limited seating and was closed when we were there (May is when travel to this area slows down apparently as weather gets hotter). There are plenty of loungers and some umbrellas and the pool was decent size. They even had lap lanes on one side. The main building was nice (had movies, games, and puzzles you could borrow) and two nights we went to their restaurant bar for drinks and dinner one night. Guests staying at the resort get a discount on food and beverages. We would stay here again and we really enjoyed Scottsdale. Perfect location and facilities are very clean. Staff is very accommodating. Excellent property!

Parking is challenging due to the location of some of the buildings. They do have golf cart shuttles that run 24/7 to help with luggage ect. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
