Bathroom fan was incredibly loud. The television locked up and was unusable. The facility is rather outdated. No maid service unless requested. Breakfast was unpleasant with other guests consisting mostly of transitional workers who constantly cursed. We cut our stay short and just walked to the Westmark hotel down the road. Much better facility, and it was actually cheaper.

It was very clean, quite, the room was very spacious, and the breakfast was good. The exterior needs some work and there are window units in all rooms.

"Forgettable Stay"

Unfortunately, for the three nights at The Clarion there was NO HOT WATER for showers. Disappointing!!! Some staff were helpful, while others were disintetested. The manager did refund us for one night, but WE need to contact Hotels.com to arrange a refund. The tranfer to the airport was appreciated.
