Location, plenty of restaurants close by. Washing machine and Dryer was helpful.

The noise from the live band/pub downstairs until 12.30am. Rooms very dated and worn. Very overpriced for the quality of the room.

Location. Cleanliness of the room. Attention to detail with special requests. Especially Bryan.

Not having all Sky channels. We don't have sky so it's always a treat staying somewhere where they do

All good as described. Great location- near cBD and the wharf. Good sound conditioning.

Location was great for what we stayed for. Mia on the front desk was very helpful when one of our guests found blood splatter on the walls in their room and promptly changed the room.

Booked 5 rooms for the night. There were blood splatters on the wall on checkin in one room, one of the rooms on checkin still had rubbish on the bench, dirty towels in the bathroom and the bed unmade from the previous occupants. Requested on advance our party to be on the same floor, we were not. The staff did rectify somewhat by moving the guest from the blood splatter room and the non ready room was rectified with a cheese board and wine and one car park credited a couple hours after check in . It was disappointing being we had travelled for a special occasion. Property is definitely tired and worn and could do with some major cosmetic refurbing.

very noisey in the early hours of the morning and the reception staff werent overall friendly especially as first time visit. i wont go back
