The Sebel Auckland Viaduct Harbour

We arrived early morning after a very long flight and to our delight, were able to check in. All of the duty managers and staff were extremely courteous, welcoming and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a washing machine and dryer! The location was good and within walking distance of the ferry, central bus station, sky tower, etc. The hotel was clean and well maintained. However, there was an unpleasant odour near the lifts on our floor, probably coming in from the outside.

The location is fantastic, staff were friendly & helpful, easy access to everything.

The only downside they don't have enough parking at the property , had to park our car a block away @ a p7blic carpark.

The full facilities for a holiday including cooking and refrigerator, position for starting a cruise was excellent. Staff great and helpful.

Great central location with views over the viaduct basin. Our apartment a bit tired although had everything we needed. Next time booking I would prefer a two bedroom unit but was told they are private suites and cannot book with Sebel. Lesson learnt as I had to pay an extra $50 per night for a rollaway.
