Pepper Tree Inn Tahoe City

A great spot right on the Lake!

Roadwork was going on all night while we stayed there, including jack-hammers on the street directly under our room. The view was nice, the staff friendly, but the sleeping was poor. I feel like the discounted room rate should have been discounted MUCH more.

Terrific location across the street from the lake. Nice restaurants within a short walk. Hotel is older but met our needs.

Our stay at Pepper tree was ok but nothing to write home about. When they say check in is at 4pm they mean not a minute sooner. On the site it showed a pool and air conditioning they had neither. Also there wasnt any where to sit in the room or outside the room. If you are looking for just a place to sleep then this is the place but if you are looking for a relaxing stay not so much.

The road work and tricky parking. And Fanny Bridge was closed
