The staff was helpful and friendly and the location was perfect!

Location hands down fantastic. But the owners are putting no money back in it. It’s somewhat run down. Expect adequate, not nice. Staff worked hard to please us despite limited lobby hours. Great restaurants and path along lake.

The staff was great. I have to thank the cleaning service for finding my daughter’s Gold necklace which meant a lot to her! My complaint is that the rooms need new flooring . The carpet was very dirty to the point that wearing my white socks in the room turned them brown. For that reason I would probably not go bank there again .

We found out the day before our arrival that road construction was happening right in front of the hotel at night. It didn't turn out to be much of an issue, but it did not just begin. We should have been advised sooner so that we would have an option to change. Access and parking was a minor issue. The mattress on our bed has as hard as a rock with no padding, probably the most uncomfortable mattress that I have ever slept on.

It's fine but nothing special. If you need a room it is a room.

I really just wanted to check in, not discuss my life and everyone around me. took quite a while just to get into my room.

There was a ton of spiders everywhere, the beds were not the most comfortable other than that it was cute little hotel

The view and location is nice but with no ac it can get loud. They do provide fans. The worst are the beds which are some of the hardest I've ever slept on.

From the upper floors (7th or 6th) the view of the lake is wonderful.
