ARRIVE Wilmington

Our favorite place to stay in Wilmington! Great location & value with really chic rooms. The valet staff is incredible too - shout out to Leo!

While Arrive Wilmington is a beautiful property, our experience working with the hotel to secure a wedding room block was extremely disappointing. We reached out more than a month in advance to request basic information and encountered consistent delays, minimal responses, and a clear lack of follow‑through from the sales team. Multiple emails went unanswered for days at a time, and when responses were received, they often failed to address all of our questions—resulting in unnecessary back‑and‑forth and additional delays. We were passed between multiple sales contacts and were told that senior leadership would follow up, but that communication never occurred. Ultimately, due to the lack of responsiveness and support, we were forced to secure accommodations with another hotel. As someone who works in the hospitality industry, I understand how critical timely communication and strong partnerships are, especially for weddings. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not recommend Arrive Wilmington for group accommodations, wedding room blocks, or standard transient stays.

The property and staff were fine. The outdoor gas fire pits were a plus. The location was good.

Beyond the stated cost for a stay, ARRIVE nickels and dimes you on everything once you're there. Absolutely everything. Also, we felt that ARRIVE advertising "private parking" was misleading. They should've stated "valet parking", which cost $30 per day. When we arrived, we found valet parking was really our only option. This was just one of a number of examples of being nickled and dimed. We didn't appreciate that aspect of our stay at all.

Great location in downtown Wilmington. They're very pet-friendly and I really appreciated that. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful!

I was a first-time guest at Arrive in Wilmington this week. I was absolutely charmed and delighted by the care and attention that went into the room furnishings, toiletries, and minibar! My room was clean and so comfortable. The best part of my stay was the staff. Every person I interacted with, from reception, to the valet, to the housekeeper, was friendly and helpful. 10/10 recommend this hotel.

The staff and management were amazing during our stay. My girlfriend got us a little get away trip and everyone was professional but also caring about our experience. We have been to the restaurant a few times over the last 6 months and the last time was the best. The server was amazing, The hotel manager stopped by and made sure everything was going great(he even remembered my name from the previous day). There are plenty of hotels in the area to choose from. Those are wrong. You need to stay here. Trust me it's better.
