ARRIVE Wilmington

We recently completed a three-night stay at ARRIVE and had a very pleasant experience overall. While we enjoyed the King Room, we would recommend the suite to future guests, as our room had limited space for luggage and shoes. We requested light housekeeping service, but we had to call the front desk each afternoon to request fresh towels. I would like to highlight the exceptional service we received from Ashley at the front desk. She was wonderful and provided a level of customer service that is rare to find. On one evening, I asked her about a cocktail that was not on the menu; she personally went to the bar and delivered it to me. We were incredibly impressed by her helpfulness and great personality! :)

Arrive was great! Carelessly, I had booked for the wrong night, but we were fortunate that the hotel was able to accommodate us anyway. Our room was handsome, clean, comfortable. The fixtures and linens were lovely. The enclosed courtyard was well-designed, with several seating areas around fireplaces and firepits. We ate dinner and breakfast in the hotel's restaurant Dram Yard. Both meals were delicious and provided by friendly, professional staff. We hope to return!

The best hotel we stayed at during our 8 weeks in the USA. Staff were super friendly and helpful, beautiful exterior and interior of the hotel and room. The outside seating areas were so warm and cosy with the fire places. Walking distance to the main strip - so many amazing restaurants nearby. Will be back!

Nothing, everything was great.

Convenient to downtown, valet parking was reasonable and easy to use. Room was adorable, and I love the outdoor spaces and fireplaces available.

The hotel was flawed but it did its job for the location. Room was smaller than expected for a “suite” and the bedding portion felt empty, could have used a TV in there to drown out the noise from whoever stayed above. Probably my highlight of the stay was our valet service, Leo did an outstanding job with us helping us troubleshooting some technical difficulties and offering wonderful service, he earned his money. The fire pits in the courtyard were cozy too so that was a highlight. If you wanna stay downtown then Arrive certainly is a cozy place to achieve that. But it lacks a little.

We had an amazing time! The bar was great, the room was great, the courtyard was great, and the staff (especially Ashley and Olivia) were so welcoming and helpful. We'd love to come back again.

Outstanding service and excellent hotel. Leo is the best valet too, prompt, courteous, and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is nestled in the heart of downtown Wilmington. Beautiful courtyards with multiple fire pits and gazebo. The cocktails at the bar were the best and Leo the valet guy was hospitable when we arrived and prompt getting our car.

Leo and Nick were awesome! Very fast to get the car and great customer communication. Each time we requested our car we got it fast and with a great smile. The Checkin team were also very helpful in trying to accommodate our baby situation. Thanks guys!
